HOURS flexible between 8:30-5:30 M-F, 20-40 hrs/wk

Small Marketing Agency seeks a seasoned Administrative Assistant / Production Manager. Will be the sole support for business owner and assist with phones, estimating, maintaining production schedules, calendars, ship labels, PO's,
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required:
• 5+ years of administrative support experience
• Computer proficiency including: Excel, Word, Email
• Experience maintaining a calendar
• Positive, Energetic and Creative Attitude
• Excellent demonstrated skills in the following areas:

Job Tasks
o Create estimates, invoices and PO's; update inventory
o Prepare PDF fedex labels
o Notify proper production team of digital artwork and related material received
o Lots of typing communications
o Provide instruction to outside suppliers for proper preparation of digital material for submission. (existing written instructions)

While our web site reflects many services, your work will involve mostly getting large format printing into production queue, handling trade show display online orders, and managing the production schedule via a web based interface. You will be primarily supporting the company president, who will not be working from the same office. Email/phone skills are paramount. If you have most skill requirements, but lack a certain aspect, we may provide training.
WHY THIS JOB, THIS COMPANY: The right candidate will work in the office for the first 30-45 days, and then optionally work in Cypress Creek/I95 area office or from home. We need you on-line during the day so this option requires high speed internet and up to date computer. We are entirely MAC based. If you love the interaction of a large office environment, this is not the job for you. If you are seeking flexibility, we're flexible too, provided the schedule is planned in advance. Critical support times are certain summer and holiday periods; we shut down for long holiday weekends so everyone can be with families.
